How do I order? How to order from Rose Theory:

Add desired items to your cart.

Click on the shopping cart icon.

Go through your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

Log in to your account or create a new one.

Confirm delivery address, select payment method and complete the purchase.
How do I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log in to "My Account" and select "Order History" to view the status of your order. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@therosetheory.com
Can I change my order? You can cancel via the confirmation email as long as the order has not been shipped. After that, changes can only be made upon receipt.
Are there customs fees? No, we cover all customs and import fees. You will not pay anything extra upon delivery.
Can I use multiple discount codes at the same time? No, only one discount code can be used per order. Save any extra codes for your next purchase.

What size should I choose? The size guide provides general recommendations. The fit may vary depending on the model. If you have any questions, please contact us for assistance.
What guarantee do you offer? We guarantee high quality of all products. Our quality control team inspects each item before delivery.
PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Discover. Please make sure your billing address matches your bank details.
What do I do if my payment fails? Please check your details and contact your bank if the problem persists. Contact us with details about the error, including device, browser, payment method, and error message.
DELIVERY
Where do you deliver? We ship worldwide. More information can be found on the shipping information page.
How long does delivery take? Processing takes a few days. Delivery takes place within approx. 5–10 business days after the order has been shipped.
What do I do if my delivery is not tracked or does not arrive? If the package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or the shipping company and contact us for further assistance.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy? You have30 days from receipt to initiate a return. For more information, please see the return policy page.
What do I do if there is a problem with my order? Contact us directly at support@therosetheory.com with your order number and description. In case of quality problems, please attach pictures.
When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed within7 days after we receive your return. We will confirm via email. If you have not received the refund within 28 days, contact us.
Can I exchange goods? Yes! With our30-day fit guarantee, you can change the size at no extra cost. Contact us at support@therosetheory.com within 30 days of receipt, we will send you a new size free of charge.
